31’ Irwin Citation Sailboat located in Naples, FL
1984 Irwin Citation Sloop Rig will be ready to sail with a few weeks of TLC. During the last storm the Irwin sustained some cosmetic damage to the port side as well as to the bow. All damage is cosmetic with NO cracks to haul. Also during the storm one stanchion was bent and I lost the roller furling system and 150 genoa.
To get this back to pristine condition one will have to repair the following:
Sand and repaint 2 foot area boot stripe, port side.
Gelcoat / paint repair bow
Replace roller furling and Genoa… (fyi, Jib is in good condition.)
Replace 2 Chocks front deck.
Replace one stanchion. Safety line is in very good condition, was replaced less than 2 yrs ago.
Repair chain plate.
Teak railing and trim will need a new coat Cetol wood finish.
Engine will need basic maintenance.
Other than items mentioned above this boat is in great shape!

Bottom painted Feb 2005
Brown boot stripes repainted Feb 2005
New main sail installed July 2004
Raytheon auto pilot (model: ST4000) and depth gauge (ST40) installed July 2003
New windows recently installed starboard side. I have two new port windows that I never installed and will include.
